Great sofa bed, quick delivery

I ordered the Koala Sofa Bed for my guest room last month. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, no issues there. It shipped out pretty fast, I think it was just a couple of days before I got the delivery notification. It took 5 days to reach Denver from when I placed the order, which felt quick for a furniture piece. Assembly was surprisingly easy, even by myself. The quality of the sofa bed itself is solid; it feels sturdy and the mattress is quite comfortable for guests. My only minor point is the fabric attracts pet hair easily, but that's a small thing. Overall, very satisfied with the purchase and the whole experience.

Good mattress, delivery could improve

I got the Koala Mattress a few weeks ago after my old one gave out. The mattress itself is really good, very supportive and I've been sleeping better. The 120-night trial is a nice touch, made me feel more confident about buying online. Delivery was on time as they said it would be, but the box was a bit beat up when it arrived. No damage to the mattress inside though, luckily. Setting it up was simple enough, it puffed up in no time. Customer service was helpful when I called with a question about the delivery window. Price was decent for the quality, but I wish they had more options for specific delivery times instead of just a window.

Good value for a new bed

I was looking to replace my old mattress and bed frame without spending a fortune. Saw Koala had a deal for a bundle – the Calm As Mattress with the Kirribilli Bed Base. The discount made it really appealing. It felt like a good deal compared to other brands I looked at. Delivery was free, which was a plus. Set everything up myself, no need for extra help. The mattress is supportive and the bed base is solid. Definitely felt like I got my money's worth. Good value overall.

New sofa, happy with it

So I finally bit the bullet and got the Modern Sofa from Koala. I was a bit nervous buying a couch online without sitting on it first, you know? But it turned out great. It arrived pretty fast, earlier than I expected actually. Putting it together was no biggie, just snapped a few things into place. It looks really nice in my living room, very clean and modern. And it's actually comfy to chill on, which is the main thing. Totally happy with it.

Mattress and bed base bundle

I bought the Koala Mattress and the Paddington Bed Base. Good bundle deal. Delivery was quick. Easy to put together. Comfortable sleep. Happy with my purchase.
